**Job Title: Hindi Language Teacher**

**Package : 3200 AED**

**Responsibilities**:

- **Curriculum Development**: Design and develop comprehensive lesson plans aligned with curriculum guidelines and student proficiency levels.
- **Instruction**: Deliver engaging and interactive lessons that promote active learning, utilizing a variety of teaching methods and resources.
- **Assessment**: Evaluate student performance through assessments, quizzes, and examinations, providing constructive feedback to support their progress.
- **Individualized Support**: Provide one-on-one support and guidance to students who require additional assistance in mastering Hindi language skills.
- **Cultural Integration**: Integrate cultural aspects into lessons to enhance students' understanding and appreciation of Hindi language, literature, and traditions.
- **Technology Integration**: Utilize educational technology tools effectively to enhance teaching and learning experiences, such as multimedia resources and online platforms.
- **Classroom Management**: Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning, managing student behavior and fostering mutual respect.
- **Parent Communication**: Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding student progress, achievements, and areas for improvement.
- **Professional Development**: Stay updated with current trends, methodologies, and resources in language teaching through professional development activities and continuous learning.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Hindi language, Education, Linguistics, or related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
- Teaching certification or licensure (if required by state or country regulations).
- Proficiency in Hindi language, both spoken and written, with a deep understanding of Hindi grammar, vocabulary, and literature.
- Previous teaching experience, preferably in a multicultural or multilingual classroom setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Ability to create engaging and differentiated instructional materials to meet diverse learning needs.
- Familiarity with educational technology tools and software for language teaching and learning.
- Passion for promoting language learning, cultural awareness, and appreciation among students.
