- Operate and maintain the company's CNC machines including hot wire, 2D CNC milling routers and 7-axis Kuka milling robot
- Planning machine time by studying work orders, blueprints, engineering plans, materials and specifications
- Planning stock inventory by checking EPS stock to determine amount available; anticipating needed stock; placing and expediting orders for stock; verifying receipt of stock.
- Translate the requirements of detailed part and architectural shop drawings into drawings ready for machining production
- Perform proper set-up and calibration procedures for all equipment and accessories to be used
- Ensure that every machine procedure is done in line with the strict guidelines of the company
- Attend and actively participate in training classes and safety sessions
- Maintaining safe and clean operations by adhering to Company safety procedures.
- Maintaining equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; following manufacturer’s instructions; troubleshooting; calling for repair and spare part orders.
- **Electronics**_
- Build, test, troubleshoot, repair and modify developmental and production electronic components, parts, equipment, and systems
- Discuss layout and assembly procedures and issues with Animatronics/Electronics Engineer and draw sketches to clarify design details and functional criteria of electronic units.
- Assemble circuitry or complete model according to engineering instructions, technical manuals, and knowledge of electronic systems and components.
- Recommend changes in circuitry or installation specifications to simplify assembly and maintenance.
- Operate drills, soldering station, or other machine tools to fabricate parts, terminal boards, chassis and control units.
- Read blueprints, wiring diagrams, schematic drawings, and engineering instructions for assembling electronics units.
- Procure parts and maintain inventory and related documentation.
- Work on site for wiring and assembly of electronics components.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in machining or CNC operation is a plus.
- 5 Years experience as a CNC Operator or in a similar machining role is beneficial.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.
- Familiarity with CNC programming and G-code is desirable but not always required.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to use precision measuring instruments accurately.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of machine tooling and tool maintenance.
