Qhse Inspector

Passionate, multidisciplinary inspector holding NACE Level 2 or BGAS certification with strong leadership skills; responsible for the quality, safety, and compliance of the quality system. This officer supervises the corrosion protection activities like coating, wrapping subcontractors in a project & responsible for the development of quality policy, procedures, and systems.

Duties & responsibilities:

- Inspect processes & procedures to ensure good health and safety practices.
- Investigate accidents to determine breaches of health and safety law.
- Develop methods to predict possible hazards drawn from experience, historical data and other appropriate information sources.
- Ensure that the organization is kept up to date with new legislations and health & safety standards. Provide specialist advice and information on health & safety to organisation and give recommendations where necessary.
- Carry out examinations of machinery, working environments & structures, taking measurements of noise, heat, & vibrations, and taking photographs & samples where necessary.
- Ensure that workers are provided with suitable protective equipment, such as eye goggles, ear protectors, gloves and protective clothing.
- Investigate hazardous work procedures.
- Make reports on results of inspections and investigations and complete detailed paperwork.
- Help develop health and safety working programmes & strategies.
- Providing training and educational support to new or trainee employees.

Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years experienced as QHSE Inspector

NACE Level II is required or BGAS level 2

NEBOSH Certificate

Degree in Mechanical Engineering with Marine or Oil and Gas industry

**Salary**: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
