Financial Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Financial Officer / analyst who will manage business and finance of a holding company and all its subsidaries. : We are looking for a Financial Controller / analyst with strong accounting and analytical skills to add value and improve our operations by bringing a systematic and disciplined approach to the table.

**Job Location** - Abu Dhabi

**Job Roles -**
- preparation of detailed financial reports || updating daily financial records || prepare balance sheets
- produce monthly, quarterly and annual reports || reviewing and updating financial policies
- track bank deposits and statements
- assisting with financial audits || Financial modelling || Consolidate budgets and income statements
- investigate business account discrepancies and conduct risk assessments.
- **Creating Corporate tax plans and policies within the organization.**
- Making recommendations to senior management regarding business decision-making.

**Professional Qualifications**
- MBA in Finance, CMA / CPA / CIMA / ACA / ACS / ACWA
- 6 - 8 years of experience with strong competencies in financial management, control, financial accounting, and reporting Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. ( 3 minimum in UAE)
- VAT certified (3 years experience in UAE) and Corporate Tax certified.
- Well versed with Tax planning (Corporate and VAT)
- Sound knowledge of Investments and planning
- Knowledge of International Financial Reporting (IFRS Standards)
- Commercial and business awareness

**Personal Qualifications**
- Excellent communication skills in English; (Basic spoken Arabic preferred)
- Must be willing to adhere to local and international compliance and regulations
- Must be felxible in working environment and roles
- Must have an initiative personality
- Excellent problem solving and time management skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Expected hours: 48 per week

**Experience**:

- UAE: 3 years (required)
- Corporate tax: 1 year (preferred)
- Financial and not accountant: 2 years (required)

**Language**:

- Arabic (preferred)

License/Certification:

- Corporate tax ceritification (preferred)
