We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled **Pattern Maker** to join our team on an **as-needed basis** for a renowned **luxury fashion brand** based in Dubai. As a key member of our design and production team, you will be responsible for translating our designers' concepts into precise, functional patterns, ensuring the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create detailed and accurate patterns for **garments**, following designers' sketches and technical specifications.
- Modify patterns as required, ensuring they meet the fit, style, and fabric specifications.
- Work closely with the design and production teams to ensure patterns are aligned with the brand’s vision.
- Make adjustments and alterations to patterns based on sample fittings and feedback.
- Collaborate with seamstresses and technicians to ensure patterns are effectively translated into finished garments.
- Maintain an organized and efficient pattern archive for future reference.
- Provide expertise in fabric selection, construction, and garment fitting during the pattern-making process.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a **Pattern Maker** in **luxury fashion** or high-end ready-to-wear.
- Strong knowledge of **pattern drafting** (manual and digital) and garment construction.
- Proficient in using **CAD software** (e.g., Gerber, Lectra) and/or traditional methods of pattern making.
- Ability to interpret designer sketches and translate them into technical patterns with precision.
- **Attention to detail**, strong problem-solving skills, and a passion for quality craftsmanship.
- Flexibility to work **on-demand** with variable hours based on the needs of the brand’s collection timelines.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with the design and production teams.
- Knowledge of luxury fashion standards and the **UAE market** is a plus.
- Skills and experience of making corsets.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Degree or certification in Fashion Design, Pattern Making, or related field.
- Previous experience working with **high-end brands** or **couture ateliers** is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
