**Role & Responsibilities**:
Outlined below are the operational responsibilities.
- Engage actively in morning stand-up meetings, contributing insights and addressing challenges related to ongoing projects.
- Create and present comprehensive weekly reports detailing project progress, and deliver insightful presentations showcasing featured projects during research meetings.
- Meticulously document detailed minutes of research meetings, ensuring accurate capture of discussions, decisions, and action items for thorough reference and follow-up.
- Proactively execute quarterly Objectives and Key Responsibilities (OKRs), ensuring seamless alignment with both departmental and organizational goals.
- Establish and enforce compliance with project guidelines, monitoring the achievement of targets for both qualitative and quantitative projects.
- Perform regular quality audits on project deliverables, ensuring strict adherence to established policies and standards. Present recommendations for continuous improvement to maintain data accuracy.
- Create comprehensive training materials for the entire project lifecycle, that can be used for clients and included within website resources.
- Conduct thorough research to augment project records with relevant information and context.
- Devise and implement campaigns to acquire projects through mass outreach (non-pro) channels. Develop and execute effective Call to Action (CTAs) communication strategies for enhanced client engagement.
- Implement image tagging processes to optimize searchability and categorization of projects on the platform.
- Actively engage with clients to acquire projects, cultivate strong relationships, and gain a comprehensive understanding of client needs.
- Utilize platforms such as Canvas and WordPress to adeptly create and manage project content.
- Collaborate in establishing the Social Publishing Calendar for Love That Design and Community. Work closely to promote projects across social media channels and newsletters, strategically maximizing visibility and engagement.

**Knowledge and Experience**

3- 4 years of proven experience in Data-driven Research and Digital Operations.

Experience with research methodologies, tools and marketing automation platforms.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Demonstrate a rapid upskilling capability by instructions, consistently adhere to timelines, deliver work of exceptional quality, and exhibit the skills necessary to handle responsibilities effectively.

Experience in research methodologies, tools and marketing automation platforms.

Familiarity with design and architectural projects is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From AED4,000.00 per month
