We're on the hunt for a passionate and skilled Chef de Partie (CDP) to enhance our culinary brigade.

**What You'll Do**:
Be responsible for daily mise en place and food production in your designated section.

Work closely with the Executive Chef and Sous Chef to complete daily tasks and uphold the highest standards of quality and consistency in food preparation.

Actively participate in and oversee buffet setups and special functions.

Collaborate with other kitchen sections to manage cleanliness, minimize wastage, and maintain cost control.

Stay updated on new culinary techniques, products, and recipes.

Train and guide junior staff, fostering a positive and efficient work environment.

**What We're Looking For**:
Proven experience as a Chef de Partie,

Formal culinary training or certification is a plus.

Strong knowledge with excellent cooking skills.

Exceptional organizational and time management skills.

Capacity to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Effective communication and leadership abilities.

Fluency in English.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract

**Salary**: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
