- Dispatch Officer**

The Limousine Services Dispatch officer is responsible for providing professional and courteous service to each and every guest. They will be responsible for exceeding guest expectations through positive interactive skills.
- Responsible for always maintaining the TOP CLASS LIMO standards of service to guests and coworkers.
- Responsible for delivering and maintaining the Forbes 5-Star level of service.
- Ensures the TOP CLASS LIMO standards of cleanliness and appearance for all areas.
- Works with safety as a priority and follows department and company safety standards.
- Knows and adheres to TOP CLASS LIMO policies and procedures, embrace company culture.
- Understands and well versed in the differ Categories of the fleet and its features and locations, hours of operation, activities, and events available to guests.
- Attends required training classes and incorporates new standards, service knowledge and safety into daily work practices.
- Looks for opportunities to assist peers, guests, other departments, or leaders at all times.
- Solution oriented, stays on task and promotes teamwork.
- Awareness of guest experience at all times, smiles and makes eye contact and communicates professionally.
- Ability to use a two-way radio, ensuring professional and courteous communication at all times.
- Performs all other job-related duties as assigned.
- Clean criminal record *Excellent typing skills (40-60 wpm)
- Presentable and well-groomed *Solid map reading skills Job Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years working on a similar Job.
- Requires previous customer service and/or telephone experience, preferably in a hotel/Concierge environment.
- Must possess outstanding customer service, organizational, and interpersonal skills as well as excellent attention to detail and the ability to multi-task.
- Requires proficiency in Microsoft Office specifically Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
- Prior knowledge of the following systems is preferred: ZOHO, Dispatch systems
- Must possess excellent communication skills.
- Must be able to communicate English with guests, management, and other employees to their understanding. Arabic language a plus.
- Must be available to work all shifts and be able to flex schedule based on business demands.
- Willingness to maintain the highest level of confidentiality regarding guests and staff.
- Combination of education equivalent to graduation from high school (High school diploma) or any other combination of education, training and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.

**Salary**: Up to AED3,000.00 per month
