The Driver cum Bell Boy is responsible for driving hotel vehicles for guest and staff transportation, ensuring safe, timely, and professional services. Additionally, this role requires assisting guests with luggage, welcoming them upon arrival, and providing general support to the hotel staff. The Driver cum Bell Boy should exhibit excellent customer service skills and a friendly demeanor while maintaining a clean and safe vehicle.
- **JOB RESPONSBILITIES**_
- Pick up and drop off hotel staff members as per the scheduled timings.
- Ensure punctuality and a smooth, safe ride for all staff members.
- Greet guests upon arrival and departure, offering luggage assistance and ensuring smooth check-in/check-out processes.
- Provide transportation services for hotel guests when required, including airport transfers and local trips.
- Maintain a professional and friendly attitude when interacting with guests, ensuring excellent service standards.
- Ensure the hotel vehicle is clean, well-maintained, and fueled.
- Report any vehicle issues or accidents to management immediately.
- Ensure that all necessary vehicle documentation (insurance, registration, etc.) is up to date.
- Follow all road safety regulations and hotel policies regarding transportation.
- **Key Expectations**_
- Proven experience as a driver, bell boy, or in a similar role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment.
- A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Good knowledge of the local area, including key roads, landmarks, and tourist spots.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and helpful attitude.
