**Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers as they enter the store and assist them in finding products or answering inquiries.
- Provide expert guidance and recommendations on products to meet customer needs and preferences.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our billing system.
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner, striving to resolve issues to the customer's satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring products are neatly displayed and shelves are well-stocked.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain excellent store standards.
- Stay knowledgeable about product features, promotions, and company policies to effectively communicate with customers.
- Uphold company policies and procedures regarding cash handling, refunds, and exchanges.
- Assist with inventory management tasks, such as restocking shelves and conducting periodic stock checks.
- Continuously seek opportunities to enhance the customer experience and contribute to the overall success of the retail outlet.

Pay: AED2,000.00 per month
