**JOB SUMMARY**

We are seeking a talented coach who will play a pivotal role in guiding and developing individuals or groups to help them achieve their goals. Their primary responsibilities include guidance, instruction and support to facilitate skill development and enhance performance.

**DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES**

track and assess the child’s progress throughout the term.
- **Renewal phone calls**

At the end of every term, instructors are required to make phone calls to all the parents in order to ascertain whether they will be returning to the Academy. It is our duty to encourage and motivate them to do so and the reasons behind that. At the end of every term, 10 hours is assigned to this responsibility.
- **Acquisition follow up**

Following up on all Music leads to ensure that they sign up for programs and convert their interest into actual sales.
- **End of term reports**

At the end of each term, instructors will need to give a comprehensive term report on the student’s progress and assess whether they will remain in the same class or change levels.
- **Performance Days**

Instructors need to ensure that end of term Performance days are professionally delivered to the parents. This includes technical and choreographic demonstrations per group for each program.
- **Parent Liaison**

Instructors will be required to deal with any parent enquiry or grievance within their program. When necessary, please ask for assistance from Program Manager.
- **Make Up Lessons**

At times, students may request a make up lesson due to illness etc. Instructors would need to arrange this lesson within the program times and notify the parents accordingly.
- **Attendance**

It is the instructor’s responsibility to be accountable for all their classes and student’s attendance.

**Adult Program**:

- **Classes**

Instructors must ensure that they are always 15 min prior to their classes and deliver classes to the best of your ability. If they can not attend a class, they should be sure to provide enough time for the Program Manager to find a class cover.
- **No Show**

If the instructor does not show up for their class and has not informed the Program Manager prior to this, they will be issued an immediate warning letter. If 3 warning letters are reached, it will be considered an HR offence.
- **Member attendance**

Instructors need to ensure that all members are checked into class accurately, so no discrepancies occur.
- **Member satisfaction**

Instructors need to always ensure members are happy and therefore deal with any enquiries or grievances as they arise. Please request assistance from the Program Manager when required.
- **Meetings**

Instructors need to all attend meetings set up by the management of the company.
- **PT’s**

PT sessions always need to be accurately tracked and booked beforehand.

**Required Skills and Education and Certification**:

- Qualifications in (music )
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
- Exceptional communication skills, written and verbal.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
