**Qualifications**:
- Bachelors/master’s degree in business administration, Engineering or Supply Chain.
- Excellent presentation and verbal/written communication skills
- 7+ years’ experience in software industry
- Hands on implementation experience & operational support on **Oracle Cloud Fusion - Purchasing Cloud, Self Service Procurement Cloud, Supplier Portal, Sourcing and SQM,**
**BPM Workflows, Reports/OTBI (minimum 2 implementation projects)**
- Previous strong hands-on implementation experience of Oracle EBusiness Suite R12
- Business skills (SCM, Purchasing, Sourcing, Vendor Qualification/Management)
- Previous implementation experience in real estate industry is a plus
**Responsibilities**:
The Functional Consultant must be able to do the following task in their job function:
- Analyses software requirements, defines solution and specifications considering Oracle methodology, company policies and procedures.
- Conduct formal workshops/brainstorming sessions with the business users to gather requirements, displaying knowledge of the business environment in defining the user's needs
- Produce the estimations of the solution and involved in the high-level planning and implementation methodology of the project.
- Assist technical team with the creation of detailed functional design specifications.
- Should be able to review the technical solution designs, configuration aligned with the functional solution.
- Should be able to conduct End User trainings for business users.
- Coordinate with the business users to gather the inputs for the future enhancement of the product and prepare roadmaps for all the above mentioned SCM Clouds.
- Manage the L1/L2/L3 Operational Support as per the defined SLAs.
- Good team player and have strong analytical skills.
