Dans le cadre d’une création de poste et création d’une nouvelle équipe technique pour mon client, je recherche **un Lead Développeur Symfony/ Manager - bilingue français/ anglais (H/F), **basé à Dubaï - Emirats Arabes Unis.
**Poste & Missions**
Sous la responsabilité du CTO basé en France, vous êtes la première personne technique à intégrer les bureaux de Dubaï. Vous serez en charge de créer l’équipe autour de vous. Véritable bras droit du CTO, vos missions sont les suivantes:

- Récupération des sprints adressés par le CTO et pilotage de ces derniers.
- Gestion de l’équipe : lead et management.
- Développement de nouvelles fonctionnalités, évolutions et maintenances du site web, back office et outils internes.
- Animation des cérémonies agiles
- Suivi de la Roadmap produit
- Code review
- Accompagnement de la montée en compétences des développeurs plus juniors : coaching/ mentoring.
- Veille technologique.

**Profil**
Titulaire d’un diplôme en informatique, vous justifiez d'une expérience professionnelle de 8/10 ans en développement PHP/ Symfony, et avez une première expérience de lead réussie.

Vous maîtrisez les environnements suivants:

- Backend : PHP 7/8 - Symfony 6/7
- Bases de données : Elasticsearch/ MySQL
- Container : Docker
- Twig

Vous parlez français et anglais couramment.
Vous êtes force de proposition, restez en veille technologique constante et aimez transmettre votre savoir à votre équipe.
La performance et la scalabilité font partie de votre quotidien, et la qualité de code est essentielle pour vous. Vous savez vous adapter à vos interlocuteurs et vous organisez votre quotidien en jonglant entre priorisation et respect de vos engagements.
