**YOUR MISSION**:

- We are looking for enthusiastic coach facilitators for our **PXS School**: a transformational journey where our students learn to think and act as a coach, whether they want to become a professional coach or not

**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**Trinomials' preparation**:

- Adhere to PXS's ethical, business, and coaching guidelines, challenging them for improvement.
- Participate in coordination calls with the team to ensure alignment and effective planning.

**Trinomials' delivery**:

- ** Providing top-notch feedback during the coaching sessions**: This involves actively observing the students as they engage in coaching conversations with their pairs. The facilitator should offer constructive feedback in real-time, highlighting areas of strength and areas for improvement in the students' coaching techniques, communication skills, and overall effectiveness.
- ** Conducting assessments**: After each coaching session, the facilitator evaluates the performance of each student within the triad. This assessment includes reviewing how well they applied coaching principles, techniques, and methodologies discussed in the training program. The facilitator considers factors such as active listening, asking powerful questions, building rapport, and go
