**EXPAND | JUNIOR CULTURAL, SOCIAL & EDUCATIONAL PROGRAM ASSOCIATE (CS&E PA)
**| **
Reports directly to the Membership Sales & Guest Relations Manager and Assistant Expand & Learn Manager and Program Associate.

Junior Cultural, Social & Educational Program Associate is primarily responsible for supporting with the programming The Bridge activities and events.

The Junior Associate must demonstrate excellent organizational and event management skills, with a sociable and active role inside the Expand & Learn tracks, creating long-term relationships, inspiring our clients, as well as colleagues in the other Tracks. The Junior Associate must also demonstrate high-energy, deliver results with accuracy and speed with the busy programing schedule across evenings and weekends, while at the same time delivering service excellence.

This Job Description intends to highlight the most critical areas of responsibility only and does not cover all aspects of the position.

**| KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

**| CULTURAL & SOCIAL PROGRAM**
- Supports with executing the cultural and social programming that remains true to The Bridge's dualities and philosophies.
- Supports with the sourcing and curation of artists that would contribute to the periodic or permanent social events, from musical to theatrical, artistic to social.
- Supports with the production of regular reports as requested by the Track Manager or Program Associate.
- Facilitates daily tasks in the Hub related to the Expand & Learn tracks.
- Assists with the organization, facilitation, and presence of live events at the Hub and externally.

**| **EDUCATION PROGRAM**
- Assists with curating a healthy attendee demographic balance for each class and event.
- Supports with organization, facilitation, and presence in live events at the Hub.

**| ADMINISTRATION**
- Supports and participates in audits being carried out by Expand & Learn Manager.
- Assists with media and event licensing.
- Gathers and updates Member data systematically. Builds up the required database.
- Supports with any other tasks contributing to the success of Expand & Learn programming.

**| INTERNAL & EXTERNAL CUSTOMER SERVICE**
- Ascertains a high degree of anticipation and maintains a Net Promoter Score as well as promotes a professional image to the internal and external Members.
- Supports in increasing awareness of the TB App, guides in its continuous use, and frequently suggests enrollment to potential new Members.
- Supports with marketing activities for the Track.
- Performs any reasonable task required that might be outside the job scope in the spirit of collaboration.

**| SUSTAINED LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT**
- Participates in TB training sessions and communication briefings on a monthly, weekly, or daily basis.
- Supports with cross-training of programs to other Tracks.
- Maximizes opportunities for self-development to upgrade his/her knowledge and skills by actively participating in TB internal and external initiatives and App.
- Suggests enhancement of existing procedures, which support the improvement of Expand & Learn Tracks.

**| HYGIENE & SAFETY**
- Maintains a high level of personal hygiene, seeks feedback on areas of shortfall, and complies with the Grooming procedures.
- Complies with all Health & Safety regulations while performing daily duties at all times.
- Takes responsibility for reporting any hazard and follows up to ensure the execution of required actions.

**| **| EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE**
- Excellent IT skills in Microsoft Office / MacBook.
- Demonstrates an interest in and an understanding of arts & culture and the science behind wellness to perform requested tasks.
- Event management/ social or retail experience is a plus.
- Must be able to relate to all levels of management.
- Resourceful, forward-thinking, innovative, and committed.
- Must be willing to add value to enhance health, safety, and productivity as well as maintain TB to thrive on being a smoke-free workplace.
