**Qualifications and Experience: - **- BSc in Engineering (Electronic, CS or IT).
- Relevant Experience - Minimum:_
- Must have relevant **Arc GIS and special data management certification** for sound in-depth knowledge.
- Minimum **10 years of total experience in Arc GIS and Skelta** Implementation.
- Excellent documentation skills with ability to create high-quality and complete project documents.
- C**ertification in ArcGIS a must**
- **PMP certification a must**
- Drive towards consistent value addition to the business.
- Assisting business in mapping and reengineering business practices to implement various GIS modules, using standardized implementation methodology including reports specification development and deployment.
- Deliver all GIS related projects, procurement and problem management activities.
- Analyze external needs as per ADDA special data requirements and provide them.
- Develop and adhering to engagement team, project standards to ensure the delivery of quality deliverables.
- Actively participating in the troubleshooting phase once the product has gone "live".
- Developing and managing documentation for IT artifact
- Training and developing his operations team and end-users, when required.
- Delivering IT services in compliance with the IT operational and security policies.
