**Job Description**:
As an Executive Assistant at Ghrghar Group, you will provide high-level administrative support to our executive team, ensuring smooth operations and efficient management of day-to-day activities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage complex calendars and schedule meetings
- Meet and coordinate with high-level delegations
- Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare itineraries
- Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion
- Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
- Organise and maintain filing systems

Key Performance Indicators:

- Calendar Management Efficiency (95% or higher)
- Task Completion Rate (90% or higher)
- Executive Time Optimisation (10+ hours saved per week)
- Document Turnaround Time (24-48 hours)
- Stakeholder Satisfaction (4.5/5 or higher)
- Delegation satisfaction management (99%)

Qualifications and Skills:

- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience with C-suites and high-level stakeholder management at a Group level.
- Mobility and additional language is preferable.
