We are looking for a Restaurant Supervisor, who will be accountable for all of front of house staff. You will be responsible for coaching, resolving issues and serving as a link between subordinates and upper management.

**Responsibilities**:

- Able to communicate with the guest clearly and professionally to effectively resolve guest complaints and communicate with the upper management about issues and resolutions
- Maintain operating criteria according to company standards
- Set goals for performance and deadlines in ways that comply with the company’s plans and vision and communicate them to subordinates
- Monitor employee productivity and provide constructive feedback and coaching
- Responsible for the administration of goods, requisitions, inventories, storage and merchandising. The cost-effective usage of all department-related materials and equipment, according to standards to ensure a smooth operation
- Anticipate all materials and supplies needed in advance and ensure their availability
- Be knowledgeable on the Steki menu/specials and ensure all staff are trained to present options when requested by customers
- Oversee the daily operations and maintain the cleanliness of the restaurant
- Participate in regular staff meetings to keep employees motivated and informed on restaurant policies and changes as well as ways to increase sales and service
- Maintain a log with important information to be passed on to employees or management
- Ensure all equipment is kept in perfect working condition and report any deficiencies to the proper department
- Perform other reasonable tasks or projects as assigned by upper management
- Understand and be fully versed on Steki standards, procedures and guest confidentiality

**Requirements**:

- Follow all company policies and procedures; ensure uniform and personal appearances are clean and professional.
- Proficient with MAC computer system
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Supervisory role
- Minimum 2 - 4 years customer service experience - preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Outstanding organisational and leadership skills
- Certified in CPR & First Aid is an asset
- Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance

Pay: From AED5.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Restaurant Supervisor: 3 years (preferred)
