**How to Apply**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate the work of aluminum fabricators and installers on construction sites.
- Interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications to plan aluminum fabrication and installation processes.
- Measure and cut aluminum materials accurately using hand and power tools.
- Fabricate and assemble aluminum frames, windows, doors, curtain walls, and other structures.
- Install aluminum structures and fixtures on buildings, including framing, glazing, and sealing.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Monitor project progress and productivity to meet deadlines and quality standards.
- Provide training and guidance to junior staff on aluminum fabrication techniques and safety procedures.
- Maintain inventory of aluminum materials and supplies, and reorder as needed.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other team members to resolve issues and address client concerns.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an Aluminum Forman or similar role in the construction industry.
- Extensive knowledge of aluminum fabrication techniques, tools, and equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor and work in various weather conditions.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation may be required.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Certification or apprenticeship in aluminum fabrication or related field.
- Prior experience in commercial or residential construction projects involving aluminum structures
