**Full Job Description**
As an insurance coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and coordinating insurance related activities with the organization. Your primary focus on the following list of tasks;
- Determine Correct Codes for Patient Records
- Insurance pre-approvals
- Insurance Claims Submission
- Insurance Claims Resubmission
- Conduct daily EMR audit
- Remittances Record Maintenance
- Rejection and Denial Management
- Adherence to DHIC Insurance Guidelines
- Building and Maintaining Good Relationships with Insurance Companies
- Updating Files on Google Drive with Proper Designation, Name, Date, and Period
- Maintenance of CPC or other coding Credentials
- Upgrade Existing System According to DHIC Insurance Updated Rules and Regulation.
- Daily, weekly and monthly insurance reports send to management and always keep cc to accounts.
- Implement strategies to minimize claims-related costs and losses.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of insurance laws and regulations under DHIC guidelines.
**Qualification **Bachelor’s degree required
Bachelor's degree required with CPC or other Coding Certificate is mendatory
Proven experience in medical insurance coordination minimum 3 years
Strong understanding of medical billing procedures and full insurance cycle process.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using relevant software, DHA Eclaim link, DHPO etc.
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
**Salary**: From AED5,000.00 per month
