Landscape Supervisor

**Team Supervision**: Lead and supervise a team of landscapers, assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and providing guidance to ensure high-quality landscaping work.

**Landscaping Maintenance**: Oversee the upkeep of gardens, lawns, shrubs, trees, and other landscaped areas. This includes mowing, pruning, planting, fertilizing, weeding, and irrigation maintenance.

**Project Management**: Plan and execute landscaping projects from start to finish.

**Equipment Management**: Ensure the proper maintenance and safe use of landscaping tools and machinery (e.g., mowers, trimmers, and blowers). Responsible for reporting and arranging repairs for malfunctioning equipment.

**Safety and Compliance**: Ensure that landscaping operations comply with safety regulations and environmental standards. Promote safe work practices and provide team members with training and guidance on safety procedures.

**Record Keeping**: Document work completed, track materials used, and maintain accurate records of daily tasks, labor hours, and other relevant information.

**Quality Control**: Monitor the quality of landscaping work, ensuring it meets company standards and client specifications. Conduct regular site inspections and assessments.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ajman: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Landscape Supervisor: 2 years (required)
