We are looking for a** electrical diploma fresher** to join our **apprenticeship program in maintenance department**.

In this apprenticeship program you will receive on the job training to carry out the below listed Maintenance Department activities.
- Machinery, Equipment & Utilities Repairs and Maintenance
- TRUMPF Laser / Punching / Bending Machine Maintenance — CNC maintenance.
- PLC Based systems, VFDs, C02 / Stud welding Machines.
- Powder Paint Plant, Shot Blast
- Working With maintenance Team to perform all departmental related activities on day-to-day basis Projects — Continuous improvements, Modifications.

**Key Accountabilities**:
You will receive training and on-the-job learning when assisting the Maintenance Team Personnel to carry out the below listed activities.
- Preventive & Breakdown Maintenance of machinery & equipment
- Routine Maintenance. Report Generation
- Service records keeping
- Continuous Improvement and Cost Saving Activities involvement
- H&S and Environmental related work implementation
- Spare Pats identification and listing
- Meeting the departmental KPls
- Safety Compliance at work place

You will undertake any other duties and responsibilities as required / instructed by line manager and adhere to all Company Health & Safety Policies, Procedures and Safe Working Practices.

**Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge**:
Diploma Electrical / Electronics, Preferred Elective Subject — Circuit Theory

Minimum Experience: Fresher, no experience required.

Behavioral Competencies: Teamwork and communication, Self-motivated. Proper coordination with the team and team leaders.
