**Requirements**:

- Proven experience (typically 2+ years) in medical insurance coordination within a healthcare setting, specifically in the UAE.
- In-depth knowledge of UAE medical insurance regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Familiarity with medical terminology, procedures, and diagnosis codes (ICD-10, CPT, etc.).
- Proven experience as a Medical Insurance Coordinator or in a similar role within a healthcare setting.
- Knowledge of medical billing, coding, and insurance claims processes.
- Familiarity with insurance carriers' policies and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
