The Security Guard - Administrator is responsible for maintaining the safety and security of the premises while also handling administrative tasks related to the security department. This role requires vigilance in protecting company assets and ensuring the smooth operation of security protocols, along with providing assistance in administrative duties such as documentation, scheduling, and reporting.

**Administrative Duties**:

- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate and up-to-date security logs, incident reports, and access control records.
- Check in: establish identity and purpose, check authorization, issue pass or permit, record entry, provide instructions.
- Check out: collect pass or permit, establish authority if removing property, record exit/transaction.
- **Scheduling**: Assist in coordinating the shift schedules of security personnel, ensuring proper coverage at all times.
- **Report Preparation**: Prepare daily, weekly, or monthly reports on security incidents, equipment status, and overall safety conditions.
- **Inventory Management**: Track and manage security equipment such as radios, keys, and badges, ensuring everything is accounted for and in good working order.
- **Training & Development**: Assist in organizing training sessions for security staff and ensure that all personnel are updated on new protocols and equipment.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Attested High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in security or administration is preferred.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 2 years of experience as a security guard, with some experience in an administrative role.
- SIRA certificate is a must
- Height between 5.9ft and above.

**Skills**:

- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle stressful situations and emergencies calmly.
- Familiarity with security systems (CCTV, access control) and relevant tools.
