**The Digital Learning - Student Support Coordinator** is responsible for the effective use of technology in learning and the related help systems and infrastructure that support a technologically-rich learning environment. The Coordinator supports Faculty and Departments in the production of Digital learning materials, providing guidance in instructional design, and in developing effective e-learning systems within the Educational Technology Department.

**Requirements-**
- Qualification - Bachelors in IT
- Experience - 2 years Teaching Experience
- Relevant professional certification or qualification desired
- Experience working on e-learning projects (web authoring, learning management systems and instructional design) or in technologically-rich learning environments
- Previous work experience in an educational institution is an advantage
- Proven record of creativity and innovation in educational programs
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a multicultural environment
- Proven experience in initiating and implementing new projects
- Good interpersonal and organizational skills
- Fluency in written and spoken English is essential
