**Assistant Construction Manager**
**Dubai Main Office**

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Assistant Construction Manager to join our team In this role you will get to support the Construction Director with on-site field construction management activities associated with the completion of assigned construction package(s)

**What You'll Be Doing**
- Directly reporting to PMC Construction Director
- Collaborate in maintaining a strong client relationship as a primary contact.
- Collaborate in reporting project progress meeting with the client.
- Assist in reviewing cost and risk analyses and extra work claims for the client
- Supports to ensure compliance with Company HSEQ policies and procedures
- Monitoring the manpower deployment schedule of each construction projects
- Collaborate in leading construction management efforts and play a pivotal role in project delivery.
- Assist in directing and meticulously assessing the overall planning of construction activities to identify critical milestones and priorities.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of efficient office and field procedures.
- Collaborate in possessing knowledge of pertinent contract documents specific to the project.

**What Required Skills You'll Bring**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of related work experience providing construction and project management services
- Proven ability to effectively assist in managing teams and communicating with clients.
- Supervisory experience in large civil/structural and/or industrial projects construction in the Middle East is preferred.
- Good written and oral communications skills both in English and Arabic,

- Knowledgeable of current technology and how it can be effectively utilized on the project.
