JOB PURPOSE
- Handle the PR requirements and the client base for the company in line with INDEX Media’s strategic plan, vision, mission, values, goals and objectives. Responsible for planning, implementing, managing, and monitoring company's PR strategy to increase brand awareness, improve PR efforts and increase sales. As a PR Manager, develop and execute comprehensive communication strategies to enhance the organization's /client’s public image.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES/KEY DUTIES
- Supervisory Responsibilities; directly supervises its team. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policy and procedures;
- Responsibilities include interviewing, training employees; planning, assigning, appraising performance;
- Responsible for the entire public relations affairs of INDEX Media;
- Craft key messages and narratives to effectively communicate with target audiences.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with media professionals, influencers, and stakeholders.
- Act as the primary point of contact for media inquiries and interview requests.
- Create compelling press releases, media kits, and other communication materials.
- Oversee the production of content for various media channels, ensuring consistency in messaging.
- Promote positive public perception and brand advocacy through various media channels.
- Identify opportunities for brand exposure and collaborations.
- Plan and execute PR events, product launches, and press conferences to maximize media coverage.
- Coordinate media attendance and ensure effective media engagement during events.
- Oversee social media platforms to maintain a positive online presence.
- Responsible for all Communication and Protocol matter of INDEX Media; Act as a spokesperson during crises, addressing media and public inquiries. Develop crisis communication plans and lead responses to manage and mitigate reputational risks.
- Managing and preparing departments’ budget annually and submit to the finance department, as well as retaining all related documentation;
- Responsible for Employees development by providing the appropriate motivation and training to the entire team;
- To oversee the administrative requirements of the Department and managing the member’s day to day administrative issues and annual performance appraisal.
- Provide support to other departments and team members when and as requested.
- Manage quality control and quality standards for INDEX Media and other subsidiaries of INDEX Holding.
- Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences
- Design and implement PR strategy to align with business goals
- Set specific objectives and report on ROI.
- Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news)
- Collaborate with other teams, like marketing, sales and customer service to ensure brand consistency
- Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews.
- Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions.
- Utilize analytics to measure the impact of PR campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Monitor media coverage and industry trends, providing regular reports to assess the effectiveness of PR efforts.

LEADERSHIP AND DEVELOPMENT:

- Lead program-wide media relations and work as a key member of INDEX Media.
- Maintain daily contact with journalist, producers, editors and the reporting team.
- Responding to major events and high-profile issues related to key stakeholders.
- Be proactive in decision-making and maintain strategic alliances with key business leaders and maintain day-to-day relationships with both internal and external customers/clients.
