We are looking for experienced Driver cum PRO for our firm.

**Job Role**
- To proactively manage the timely renewal of all Employment Visas and Labor Permits.
- Send employees a notification on documentation required prior to their visa/labor card expiring.
- Assist the company and the employees with visa arrangements in Embassies.
- To renew all company related licenses prior to their expiry date.
- Assist all sponsored staff and their dependents in the medical check process.
- Manage the visa checklist as when the rules on visa labor changes assist the company and the employees with visa arrangements in Embassies.
- Maintain a database of all passports and residence visas by scanning all documents and directly updating the database when details change
- Send out notifications on documentation required to renew trade licenses and complete surveys, etc. required by the government bodies at the time of license renewals.
- Actively managing company's vehicle documentations and its file.
- All the documentation required.
- Any other job assigned by higher authorities.

**Eligibility Criteria**
- Minimum 2 -3 years’ experience in a similar position.
- Knowledge of UAE governmental regulations and immigration is must.
- Fluency in both written and spoken English, Arabic is a plus.
- Flexible and proactive approach to teamwork.
- Very good communication skills.
- Must be very active, Well planned and organized.
- Should have good contacts in all these places to ensure all work is carried out smoothly
- Valid UAE driving license (required)
