**Client**

Our client is a small independent clinic that has been established for a number of years and believes in a diverse work force, whilst also providing it’s therapists with the autonomy to carry out their work. Due to demand, they are looking to grow their team.

**The Role**

They are looking to hire a Speech & Language Therapist that has experience with younger children and has experience in School settings. This would require travel between 2-3 schools and nurseries.

**Duties**:

- Conduct assessments and therapy sessions for students within a school environment, focusing on receptive language, expressive language, and pragmatic skills.
- Collaborate with colleagues to distribute caseloads and departmental responsibilities as required.
- Deliver comprehensive written and verbal feedback and reports on student assessments.
- Establish and pursue appropriate speech, language, and communication objectives for students in close collaboration with teaching staff and parents.
- Provide session-wise feedback to parents concerning their child's therapy progress.
- Develop and execute individualized, group, and consultative speech therapy programs within the school setting as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Coordinate with professionals from relevant agencies as needed for ongoing student management or referrals.

**Requirements**:

- A specialisation in reading
- A valid DHA License or DHA eligibility letter
- UAE Driving License
- Preferable experience with Hanen and Makaton.
