Reliance Freight LLC, a leading transportation and logistics company, is currently seeking skilled and experienced individuals to join our team as Forklift Operators. As a Forklift Operator at Reliance Freight LLC, you will play a critical role in the efficient movement and handling of goods within our facilities.

**Responsibilities**:

- Safely and efficiently operate forklifts to load, unload, and move materials and products.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and operating procedures to prevent accidents or damage to goods.
- Inspect forklifts before and after use, ensuring they are in good working condition.
- Perform routine maintenance and report any mechanical issues to the appropriate supervisor.
- Maintain accurate inventory records by properly labeling and organizing products.
- Assist in the loading and unloading of trucks, ensuring proper stacking and securing of goods.
- Collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of orders.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the forklift and surrounding storage areas.
- Comply with company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations.

**Requirements**:

- Valid forklift operator certification.
- Proven experience as a forklift operator, preferably in a warehouse or logistics environment.
- Strong knowledge of forklift operations and safety guidelines.
- Ability to operate different types of forklifts, including reach trucks and pallet jacks.
- Attention to detail and ability to accurately track inventory movements.
- Physical fitness and ability to lift and carry heavy loads.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexibility to work in shifts and adapt to changing work schedules.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems is a plus.
