Web & Graphic Designer with Experience in Social

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Web & Graphic Designer experienced in Social Media Handling with two years’ experience to join our team. You will be responsible for creating Websites, Flyers, Logos and social media campaigns and promotions by producing high-quality design projects and will be required to deliver on special tasks for the completion of projects and create unique ideas to improve projects.

**Responsibilities**:

- Developing social media content plans that are consistent with the company’s brand identity.
- Create and develop trending website designing and development. Knowledge in Bootstrap and WordPress required.
- Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering.
- Conceptualize original website design ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex roadblocks
- Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards
- Produce thoughtful and innovative work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Thinking creatively and producing new ideas in creative concepts and managing a high volume of daily social media posts.
- Interpret master concepts and develop design deliverables in line with it. Present finalized design concepts in a professional manner visually.
- Adaptation of existing artwork to ensure the visual look and feel is consistent.
- Update of menus and design adaptations to meet the needs of the business.
- Develop and maintain a marketing artwork archive for all artwork files.
- Work within agreed standards and guidelines for all brand communications to ensure consistency and level of quality and objectives are achieved.
- You will be responsible for designing and producing creative assets across marketing channels.
- Staying up to date on best practices and emerging trends in social media especially in Food & Beverages industry.
- Ability to work under pressure and performing other duties when needed.

**Requirements and skills**:

- Proven work experience as a Web Designer
- Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio
- Solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps
- Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator or other visual design and wire-framing tools
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS and JavaScript for rapid prototyping
- Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction
- Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively
- Up-to-date with the latest Web trends, techniques and technologies

**Qualification**:

- 2+ years' experience in social media & Graphic Designer (design, art, digital), planning and managing content in Food & Beverage industry
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Art, Design, Communications, or a related field.
- Portfolio of creative leading to brand and/or business successes
- Previous experience of working in a marketing and PR role for any industry
- Ability to drive innovation and brand distinction while executing creative work within scope, time, and budget restraints.
- Expertise in holistic digital engagement across all channels, platforms, and devices - especially mobile.
- 3D software knowledge and content creation for social media accounts experience is a plus
- Expert level experience in working in MS Office, Adobe: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and any kind of design programs.
- Can join immediately.

Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month
