- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the joinery and interior design sector, including residential, commercial, and institutional projects.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, interior designers, contractors, and other stakeholders to generate leads and secure projects.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the company's joinery and interior design offerings, including products, services, and capabilities, and effectively communicate their value propositions to clients.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to achieve sales targets and objectives, including prospecting, cold calling, networking, and attending industry events and exhibitions.
- Proposal and Presentation: Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and quotations tailored to the specific needs and requirements of clients, highlighting the company's unique selling points and competitive advantages.
- Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms and conditions of contracts, pricing, and payment terms with clients to secure profitable deals and contracts for joinery and interior design projects.
- Project Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams, including design, production, and installation teams, to ensure seamless project execution and delivery, meeting client expectations and deadlines.
- Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for business growth and differentiation.
- Reporting and Analysis: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, opportunities, and customer interactions using CRM systems, and provide regular reports and analysis to management on sales performance, pipeline status, and market insights.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service and after-sales support to clients, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and effectively to maintain client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry best practices, sales techniques, and product innovations through training, workshops, and self-directed learning to enhance sales effectiveness and professional development.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all sales and business activities, including pricing, contract terms, and customer data privacy.

**Salary**: AED4,500.00 - AED5,500.00 per month
