Job Title: Real Estate Broker

**Job Description**:
As a Real Estate Broker, you'll be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. You will act as an intermediary between sellers and buyers, providing guidance and assisting with price negotiations. This position requires excellent negotiation and communication skills, and a deep understanding of the real estate market and property values.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Advise clients about market conditions, property prices, mortgages, and legal requirements.

2. Promote sales of properties through open houses, online advertisements, and listing services.

3. Interview clients to determine their property needs; then recommend properties that meet those needs.

4. Accompany clients to property site visits, discuss conditions of sale, and draw up real estate contracts.

5. Coordinate appointments to show homes to prospective buyers or renters.

6. Present purchase offers to sellers for consideration.

7. Coordinate property closings, overseeing the signing of documents and disbursement of funds.

8. Generate lists of properties for sale, including details such as location and features.

9. Review property listings, trade journals, and relevant literature to remain knowledgeable about the real estate market.

10. Develop networks of attorneys, mortgage lenders, and contractors to address client needs.

Qualifications:
1. State licensure as a Real Estate Broker.

2. Proven working experience as a Real Estate Broker.

3. Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.

4. Familiarity with all areas of property sales and rentals.

5. Ability to work independently with excellent interpersonal skills.

6. Up-to-date with local and national real estate markets.

7. Proficient in MS Office, database management, and relevant software.
