**Key Responsibilities**:1. Operational Management**
- Assist in the planning and execution of daily clinic operations, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to clinic protocols.
- Manage the coordination of patient appointments, ensuring optimal scheduling and mínimal wait times.
- Ensure the clinic is adequately stocked with supplies, manage inventory, and liaise with vendors for procurement.
- Monitor clinic facilities and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition.
- Implement and refine clinic processes to improve efficiency and patient satisfaction.

**2. Financial Management & Accounts**
- Support in tracking clinic revenue and expenditures, ensuring accurate and timely processing of payments, billing, and invoicing.
- Assist with budgeting, financial reporting, and analysis of clinic financial performance.
- Manage petty cash, patient billing, insurance claims, and follow up on outstanding payments.
- Collaborate with the Clinic Manager in preparing financial reports and audits for management review.

**3. Staff & Human Resources Management**
- Assist in managing clinic staff, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance evaluations.
- Coordinate and oversee staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage and compliance with labor laws.
- Maintain and monitor employee attendance, leave records, and payroll information.
- Facilitate effective communication between clinic staff, ensuring high levels of collaboration and team morale.

**4. Workflow Optimization**
- Oversee the clinic’s internal workflows to ensure tasks are completed efficiently, adhering to established standards and timelines.
- Analyze workflow data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to optimize operations.
- Implement new technologies, software, or systems to streamline workflow and enhance productivity.

**5. Patient Interaction & Customer Service**
- Serve as a point of contact for patient inquiries, complaints, and concerns, ensuring high standards of patient care and satisfaction.
- Assist with patient check-in/check-out processes and address any administrative issues that may arise.
- Promote a positive, professional clinic environment to foster patient trust and retention.

**6. Reporting & Compliance**
- Assist in maintaining up-to-date clinic records and patient files, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Generate regular reports on clinic operations, finances, and patient care outcomes for management review.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal healthcare regulations and clinic policies.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field (preferred).
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Strong understanding of clinic operations, financial management, and patient care processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and clinic management software (e.g., Electronic Health Records systems).
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate in a team-oriented environment.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in healthcare administration or a clinical management role.
- Knowledge of medical billing and coding, insurance claims, and reimbursement processes.
- Leadership or supervisory experience in a healthcare environment.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
