The role of the Sales Executive will involve the following:
1.Confident and energetic individual with knowledge in sales of retail/commercial interiors.

2.Visit existing and Potential clients.

3.Achieving sales budget and pre-defined targets.

5.Work closely with the business development team on negotiating and securing new clients.

6.Work closely with the design team to manage existing client accounts.

7.Prepare client presentations.

8.Maintain regular contact with clients over the course of projects.

9.Follow Up with clients and obtain any necessary approvals(drawing,samples etc.)

10.Should have project management skills.

11.Will need to work closely with both the production and project teams.

12.Should have good experience in dealing with the guidelines for malls and commercial towers.

**REQUIREMENTS**:
1.Must have at least 5-8 years previous experience in the interior fit out industry.

3.Excellent English communication skill are ideal.

4.Sales presentation capability.

5.Should have good negotiation and communication skills, and be able to deal effectively with a wide range of people.

6. Valid Driving License
