The Role
**Requirements**:

- Bachelors degree or equivalent; additional certification in Office Management is a plus. - Proven experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or similar role. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic accounting software. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor. - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail. - Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion. - Customer service-oriented with a positive and helpful attitude. - Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. - Fluency in English and Hindi, knowledge of additional languages is a plus. - Familiarity with the Gold and Bullion industry is preferred but not required.
