**Key Responsibilities**

- User Training: Provide training and documentation to end-users to ensure they can effectively use and manage SharePoint sites, Power Apps, Power Automate flows, and APIs.
- Troubleshooting and Support: Address and resolve issues, provide ongoing support, and perform system maintenance to ensure the reliability and performance of solutions, including custom APIs.
- Governance and Best Practices: Implement governance policies and best practices for SharePoint, Power Apps, Power Automate, and custom API development to maintain system integrity and compliance.
- Performance Optimization: Optimize solutions for performance, scalability, and user experience, including API performance optimization.
- Stay Updated: Keep up to date with the latest updates, features, and best practices related to SharePoint, Power Apps, Power Automate, API development, and relevant technologies.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**
- Proficiency in API development using relevant technologies, such as RESTful APIs, Web APIs, and API authentication mechanisms.
- Knowledge of API security practices, including OAuth, JWT, and API keys.
- Expertise in programming languages and frameworks commonly used in API development (e.g., JavaScript, Python,.NET).
- Familiarity with API documentation tools and practices.
- Experience in designing and building scalable and maintainable APIs.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, especially for API-related issues.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams and API consumers.
- Certifications in relevant areas, such as Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate or API-related certifications, can be advantageous.
