**Job Title: Laundry Sorter**

**Job Overview**: The Laundry Sorter is responsible for sorting, categorizing, and preparing laundry items for washing, drying, and folding. This role ensures that all laundry items are handled efficiently and according to company standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sorting**: Sort laundry items based on type, colour, and fabric to ensure proper processing and prevent damage.
- **Inspection**: Inspect items for stains, damage, or special care needs and take appropriate action.
- **Preparation**: Prepare laundry items for washing or dry cleaning by following standard operating procedures.
- **Inventory Management**: Maintain accurate records of items sorted and ensure proper organization of laundry items.
- **Quality Control**: Monitor and report any issues with laundry equipment or processes to ensure high-quality service.
- **Safety & Cleanliness**: Adhere to safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work area.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- **Experience**: minimum 6 months experience in a laundry company.
- **Skills**: Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment, ladies
- gents laundry handling experience, understanding of tag/labels.
- **Physical Requirements**: Ability to lift and carry laundry items of various weights and stand for extended periods.
- **Attention to Detail**: Strong attention to detail to ensure proper sorting and handling of laundry items.
