**Position Overview**:
We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Waiters, Waitresses, and Cashiers for our Abu Dhabi / Dubai / Sharjah branch. As a part of our dynamic team, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service. Your direct interaction with customers will require excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and a commitment to ensuring an enjoyable dining experience.

**Waiter / Waitress Responsibilities**:
Greet and welcome customers with a warm and friendly attitude.

Take customers' food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.

Provide recommendations and answer questions about the menu items.

Relay orders to the kitchen and ensure timely service.

Serve food and beverages to customers professionally and courteously.

Monitor and anticipate customer needs to ensure a seamless dining experience.

Handle customer complaints or rejections with patience and efficiency.

Ensure tables are clean and set up for the next guest.

Adhere to safety and sanitation regulations at all times.

**Cashier Responsibilities**:
Efficiently and accurately handle customer transactions.

Process payments, including cash, credit cards, and electronic payments.

Maintain a balanced cash drawer.

Provide customers with receipts and change as needed.

Answer customer inquiries regarding menu items, prices, and promotions.

Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the cashier area.

Collaborate with waitstaff to ensure a smooth payment process for customers.

Handle customer complaints or issues regarding payments professionally and courteously.

**Qualifications**:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Exceptional customer service skills.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Basic math skills for cashier duties.

Knowledge of casual dining service standards.

Familiarity with safety and sanitation regulations.

Ability to handle customer complaints or rejections in an open and efficient manner.

Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.
