**Job Title: Electrical Inspector (Site Operations)**

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform daily inspections of electrical systems and installations to ensure compliance with safety standards, regulations, and project specifications.
- Coordinate with contractors and project stakeholders to schedule inspections and address any concerns or discrepancies.
- Conduct thorough audits of electrical equipment, wiring, and fixtures to identify potential hazards, defects, or code violations.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other construction professionals to review electrical plans and provide technical guidance on implementation.
- Document inspection findings accurately and comprehensively, including detailed reports and photographic evidence as necessary.
- Provide guidance and recommendations for corrective actions to address non-compliance issues and ensure adherence to regulations.
- Monitor project progress and performance, identifying any electrical-related issues or delays and implementing solutions to keep projects on track.
- Stay updated on industry standards, best practices, and emerging technologies in electrical systems and construction methods.
- Foster a culture of safety and quality by promoting best practices and conducting training sessions for site staff as needed.
- Participate in project meetings to provide insights and expertise on electrical matters and support project teams as required.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum of **7 -10 years** of experience in site electrical inspection, consultancy, or related field.
- Thorough knowledge of electrical codes, regulations, and standards (e.g., NEC, NFPA), with a focus on safety and quality. Must have **UAE site operation** experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and recommend effective solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Certification as an electrical inspector or similar credential is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools for documenting inspection findings and managing project data.
- Ability to travel to project sites and attend meetings as required.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
