JR Interiors Decoration LLC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of MEP installations for our projects in Dubai, UAE. The MEP Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring that all MEP systems are designed, installed, and commissioned to the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Project Planning and Coordination**:

- Develop detailed MEP project plans and schedules in coordination with project managers and other stakeholders.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless integration of MEP systems with overall project requirements.
- Review project specifications, drawings, and contracts to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and client expectations.
- **Team Management and Leadership**:

- Lead and manage a team of MEP engineers, supervisors, and technicians, providing guidance, mentorship, and support throughout the project lifecycle.
- Delegate tasks effectively, monitor progress, and ensure that all team members adhere to project timelines and quality standards.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.
- **Quality Assurance and Compliance**:

- Implement quality control procedures to ensure that MEP installations meet industry standards, regulatory requirements, and client specifications.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of MEP systems to identify and address any deviations or deficiencies promptly.
- Collaborate with relevant authorities and regulatory bodies to obtain necessary permits, certifications, and approvals for MEP installations.
- **Cost Control and Budget Management**:

- Develop and manage budgets for MEP works, including material procurement, labor costs, and subcontractor expenses.
- Monitor project expenditures, identify cost-saving opportunities, and implement measures to ensure that projects are completed within budgetary constraints.
- Prepare accurate cost estimates and proposals for MEP works, taking into account project specifications and scope requirements.
- **Risk Management and Safety Compliance**:

- Identify potential risks and hazards associated with MEP installations and develop mitigation strategies to minimize their impact on project delivery.
- Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations on all construction sites, implementing appropriate safety protocols and procedures.
- Conduct regular safety briefings, inspections, and training sessions to promote a culture of safety awareness among all project stakeholders.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field. Master's degree or professional certifications (e.g., PMP, LEED) are a plus.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in MEP project management, preferably in the construction industry in the UAE.
- Proven track record of successfully managing MEP installations for commercial, residential, and industrial projects of varying scales and complexities.
- In-depth knowledge of MEP systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and building automation systems.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management software, CAD/BIM tools, and Microsoft Office suite.
- Familiarity with local building codes, regulations, and industry standards in the UAE.

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
