Job Overview: As a Telesales Executive, you will be at the forefront of our customer engagement efforts, connecting with potential and existing clients to introduce them to our exceptional products and services. Your communication skills, professionalism, and product knowledge will be crucial in addressing inquiries and concerns effectively. By skillfully identifying customer needs and aligning our offerings, you will contribute to our growth while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**:

- Initiate contact with potential and existing customers using well-crafted scripts.
- Respond to customer inquiries with in-depth product knowledge and professionalism.
- Identify customer needs through strategic questioning and customize solutions accordingly.
- Stay informed about market trends and incorporate customer feedback to enhance sales strategies.
- Cultivate strong, enduring customer relationships to promote loyalty and drive repeat business.
- Collaborate seamlessly with the sales team to achieve individual and collective targets, fostering a culture of shared success.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Enthusiastic Immediate Joiners are encouraged.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English.
- Strong computer literacy.

**Benefits**:

- Competitive salary: AED 3,000 to AED 5,000 + Commission (experience-dependent).
