The PA intern role is to assist the team in several tasks including: research, writing, preparing PowerPoint presentations and some ad-hocks assignments as per the direct supervisor’s requests.

**Primary Duties and Responsibilities**
- Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly policy reports for healthcare clients.
- Supporting the team in preparing the necessary background research for developing PowerPoint presentations.
- Policy research and monitoring to identify relevant policy, legislative, political, and economic developments.
- Supporting the account team, as required, and ensuring effective administrative support, including preparing first drafts of agendas, minutes of meetings, progress reports, and other project management related documents etc. to support the team in the day-to-day running of client accounts. Ad hoc assignments as per the Director’s request

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Public Policy, International Relations, Political Science, Public Health
- Good writing, communication, organization, time management and initiative skills
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Proficient in Arabic and English Language
- Excellent communication skills written and verbally
- Analytical skills
- Research skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

AD-Hocks Assignment/reports:

- As per the Direct Manager’s requests
- Internship period:

- 3 months, might be extended to a total of 6 months based on need
- Work Conditions
