Job Description: Sales Agent (Russian Speaker)

Position Overview: As a Sales Agent fluent in Russian, you will be a valuable asset to our team, bridging the gap between our company and Russian-speaking customers. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with potential clients, understand their needs, and offer suitable products or services to meet those needs. Your proficiency in Russian will allow you to build strong relationships with Russian-speaking customers, opening new market opportunities and driving sales growth.

**Responsibilities**:
Engaging with Russian-speaking Customers:

- Initiate conversations, build rapport, and identify customer needs and preferences.

Product Presentation and Demonstrations:

- Showcase our products or services to Russian-speaking customers, highlighting their unique features and benefits.
- Conduct virtual or in-person product demonstrations, addressing customer inquiries and objections.

Sales and Negotiation:

- Present compelling offers and negotiate with customers to close sales.
- Handle pricing discussions, contract terms, and payment arrangements professionally and persuasively.

Customer Relationship Management:

- Maintain regular communication with Russian-speaking clients, providing exceptional customer service and post-sale support.
- Address customer concerns and inquiries promptly and effectively.

Market Research and Insights:

- Stay informed about the Russian-speaking market trends, competitors, and industry developments.
- Gather customer feedback and insights to contribute to product and service improvements.

Sales Reporting and Forecasting:

- Prepare regular sales reports, detailing achievements, challenges, and opportunities in the Russian-speaking market.
- Collaborate with the sales team to forecast sales targets and contribute to sales planning.

Qualifications:

- Fluent in Russian (both spoken and written) and proficient in English.
- Proven experience in sales or a related field, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and rapport with customers.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Goal-oriented and results-driven mindset, with a determination to achieve sales success.
- High level of adaptability and ability to thrive in a dynamic sales environment.
- Knowledge of sales techniques and customer relationship management.
- Familiarity with the Russian-speaking market trends and consumer behavior is advantageous
