Summary:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Graphics Designer**:
Design and create visually appealing graphics, brochures, flyers, posters, and other promotional materials to market Brand.

Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and produce high-quality designs that align with the company's branding and messaging.

Use design software and tools such as Adobe Creative Suite to develop professional graphics.

Maintain a consistent and polished visual identity for the company's marketing materials.

Ensure that all design materials are in compliance with relevant copyright and trademark regulations.

**Social Media Marketer**:
Develop and execute social media marketing strategies to promote Our Brand, company news, and services on various platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

Create engaging and shareable content, including posts, images, videos, and articles, to increase brand visibility and engagement with potential clients.

Manage social media advertising campaigns, targeting specific demographics to maximize reach and lead generation.

Monitor social media trends, insights, and analytics to refine strategies and improve performance.

Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on social media platforms promptly and professionally.

Foster online relationships with clients, partners, and influencers to expand the company's network and reputation.

**Qualifications**:
**Graphics Designer**:
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.

Proven experience as a graphic designer with a strong portfolio demonstrating a variety of design work.

Proficiency in design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).

Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.

Attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently under deadlines.

Knowledge of the real estate industry and its visual marketing trends is a plus.

Social Media Marketer:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

Proven experience in social media management and digital marketing.

Familiarity with various social media platforms and their respective algorithms.

Strong copywriting and content creation skills.

Data-driven mindset, with the ability to analyze and interpret social media metrics.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with the online community.

Real estate industry knowledge is a plus but not mandatory.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Internet City Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
