- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Use ZOHO CRM to manage customer information and track sales activities.
- Update CRM with customer interactions and sales progress.
- Generate reports from CRM to analyze sales performance and customer trends.
- **Administrative Support**:

- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Assist with the preparation of sales and marketing materials.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales coordination and document control.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Familiarity with ZOHO CRM system.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Based in Dubai, UAE.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
