- 4+ years of technology solutions development and evangelising end-to-end technology roadmaps that guide IT transformations toward cloud computing experience
- Demonstrable experience of coaching and developing teams
- Bachelor's degree

Key job responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of early career solution architects, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to help them grow and succeed in their roles.
- Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects, managing resources, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful outcomes.
- Technical Expertise: Maintain a deep understanding of emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in solution architecture, providing technical leadership and guidance to the team.
- Communication: Effectively communicate technical concepts and architectural designs to both technical and non-technical audiences, fostering understanding and buy-in across the organization.
- Problem-Solving: Analyze complex business and technical challenges, identifying opportunities for innovation and optimization, and driving the development of creative solutions.
- Continuous Improvement: Drive a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team, encouraging knowledge sharing, skill development, and adoption of best practices to enhance overall performance and effectiveness.
