Overview:
Oversee the successful execution of cutting-edge digital transformation projects at Core42, ensuring efficient technical delivery, and maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction. Leading a team of technical professionals, You will manage the entire project lifecycle, from requirements gathering to delivery and post-implementation support, while ensuring compliance with quality standards, timelines, and budget constraints.

**Responsibilities**:
**Day to Day Operations**
- Lead the technical delivery of multiple projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Identify project risks and issues, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively address challenges to minimize their impact on project success
- Manage and mentor a team of technical professionals, including developers, engineers, and IT specialists, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment, and encouraging skill development & growth.
- Track project progress, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and generate reports to provide visibility to stakeholders
- Collaborate with clients to understand their specific requirements, expectations, and business goals.
- Act as a key point of contact for technical discussions and ensure clear communication between the client and the internal technical teams.
- Efficiently allocate resources within the technical delivery team, assigning the right skill sets to each project to maximize productivity and project outcomes.
- Continuously review and optimize project delivery processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Implement industry best practices and standards to drive operational excellence.
- Maintain a high level of quality assurance throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring that deliverables meet or exceed client expectations and comply with industry standards.

Qualifications:
**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

**Minimum Experience**:

- At least 10 years of IT experience in technologies/frameworks like Angular, React, Node, JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, etc.
- 5 years of experience in offering end-to-end solutions and delivery management.
- Good understanding of B2B and B2C e-commerce platforms and businesses.

- Excellent leadership and team management capabilities, with a focus on mentorship and skill development.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to make well-informed decisions under pressure.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate effective communication with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
- Keenly analytical mind to evaluate project performance and identify areas for improvement.
