Salesforce Administration and Training:
Utilize your hands-on experience and in-depth knowledge of Salesforce to perform day-to-day administrative tasks

Conduct regular training sessions to empower our sales and marketing teams with the necessary skills to maximize their potential using the Salesforce platform.

Collaboration with Sales and Marketing Departments, Foster strong communication and coordination with the sales and marketing departments on a daily basis.

Act as a liaison between these teams to ensure that Salesforce meets their specific needs and requirements.

Proactively monitor and analyze the lifecycle of leads, opportunities, and sales within Salesforce.

Ensure that the system is actively used and that sales and marketing teams are effectively leveraging Salesforce to achieve their targets.

Take ownership of Salesforce performance, ensuring that the system operates at peak efficiency and meets stakeholders' expectations.

Regularly assess and report on Salesforce metrics and key performance indicators to provide insights for improvement.

Oversee and maintain all workflows, templates, and documents within Salesforce, ensuring they align with business requirements and comply with industry regulations.

Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to ensure continuous compliance and optimize business processes.

**Salary**: AED5,000.00 - AED6,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ajman: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)
