**Key Accountabilities **(Includes, but not limited to the following)**:
1. Achieve 100% of the units and collections budget

2. Maintain accurate records of all leads and new sales using the sales diary

3. Attend all trainings required by the management

4. Conduct sales presentation according to established systems

5. Achieves Minimum Performance Criteria

6. Project a polished, professional image at all times

7. Makes 7-day and 30-day service calls

8. Participate in all the scheduled meetings, as directed by the CGM/RSM/COO

9. Prepare daily sales reports (Sales Diary)

10. Invite 10 members and guests to the club events

11. Achieve required ratios: 60% close, 30% show and 30% appointment

12. Hit 90% on monthly skills audit

13. Complete all formalities of a newly joined member

**Salary**: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Al-Ayn: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
